GTM engineer (noun): the person who turns a go-to-market idea into running software. That's what I do, and mine booked 50+ C-suite demos with airlines.

I'm Sabrina Valiyeva. I came up through aviation: a commercial pilot's license and a flight-operations degree. Then I moved into revenue work, first selling aircraft leasing to airline procurement teams, then joining Belli AI, an aviation-tech startup, to crack outbound.
I was given a goal, not a playbook: get demos with airline decision-makers. So I built the machine (sourcing, LLM-personalized messaging, five channels, CRM sync) and ran it myself. It booked 50+ C-suite demos in five months, and a real sales team depended on it every day. I wrote the SOPs and trained the other associates on it.
When our market of around 300 carriers was saturated, the mission was done. That's why I'm here: I'm looking for an early-stage team that hands me the next hard problem, and I'll bring everything I've got to it.
Each of these is something I built end to end at Belli AI, from the idea to running software a live sales motion depended on every day.
One system running cold outreach across WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email and Viber, sourcing leads, drafting every message with an LLM in the right voice, pacing sends inside human-like windows, and pushing outcomes into the CRM. Steered from a live kanban board.
→ Booked 50+ demos with airline C-suite, one of the hardest cold audiences there is, without a single templated blast.
Pulls target companies from Google Maps via Apify, enriches and de-duplicates them against HubSpot so I never touch an existing customer, then fans qualified leads out to every channel with one approval.
→ Kept a 300-company pipeline full, zero duplicate contacts against the customer base.
One-button push of a lead into HubSpot and Pipedrive (company, contact, and a note carrying the full transcript), plus outcome tracking, demo booking into Google Calendar, and daily ticket triage in Gorgias.
→ A live sales motion ran on it daily, no manual data entry.
A deterministic cadence engine that walks each lead through cross-channel sequences (IG → WhatsApp → email → call), plus a daily in-app sales game that keeps the playbook sharp. Fully bilingual.
→ Became the team playbook. New associates onboarded on it without me in the loop.
Don't take my word for it, drag a lead through the pipeline yourself. Simplified demo; the real system ran five channels, every message researched and written for that specific lead.

These systems ran the live outbound motion at Belli AI, an aviation-tech startup, across a global market of ~300 airlines, from EMEA to APAC. They booked 50+ C-suite demos in five months. I wrote the SOPs, trained the other associates on the machine, and supported the founder directly on the largest accounts.
I turn go-to-market ideas into running systems. If that's the gap on your team, I'd love to talk.
